Day 1 – Arrival in Ulaanbaatar
Arrival at Genghis Khan International Airport in Ulaanbaatar. Welcome by the guide and
transfer to hotel for accommodation and short rest. In the afternoon, visit the Mongolian capital:
Sükhbaatar Square (Genghis Khan Square), Genghis Khan Museum and Chojin Lama Museum. Dinner in
traditional restaurant and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 2 – Ulaanbaatar → Erdenet
Departure north towards Erdenet, Mongolia's second largest city and an important centre
mining. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant along the road. Arrival in the afternoon, short tour
panoramic view and dinner in the city. Overnight stay in hotel in Erdenet.

Day 3 – Erdenet → Khatgal (Lake Khövsgöl)
Departure for Lake Khövsgöl, one of the largest and most spectacular freshwater lakes in Asia. Stop for
lunch on the road. Arrival in Khatgal in the afternoon, meeting with the sidecar motorbikes and short test.
Panoramic visit of the lake and overnight stay in a tourist camp (ger camp).

Day 4 – Khatgal → Khankh – Crossing the frozen lake
Departure north towards Khankh, a small village on the Russian border. Crossing the lake
Khövsgöl frozen for about 120–130 km with sidecar motorbikes. Photo stops along the way.
Arrival in Khankh in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay in a tourist camp or local guesthouse.

Day 5 – Khankh → Modun Khü Island → Renchinlkhümbe (Taiga)
Departure for the Taiga region, with about 60 km on the frozen lake along the Modun island
Khü. Continuation on snow-covered slopes among larch and pine forests. Arrival in Renchinlkhümbe and visit to

Jargant river, which does not freeze even at -40°C, creating an enchanted landscape. Dinner and
overnight stay in local guesthouse.

Day 6 – Renchinlkhümbe → Tsagaannuur (White Lake) – Meeting with Tsaatan families
Departure towards Tsagaannuur, “White Lake”, in the Taiga region. Meeting with families
Tsaatan, the reindeer people, who live in the most remote forests. Cultural visit and return to
afternoon at Tsagaannuur tourist camp. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7 – Renchinlkhümbe → Khatgal – Return along the frozen lake
Return to Khatgal following the western shore of Lake Khövsgöl. Photo stops e
panoramic views along the route. Arrival in Khatgal in the afternoon, return of the sidecar motorbikes and
overnight stay in a tourist camp.

Day 8 – Khatgal → Baatarvan (Bulgan province, Khutag-Öndör)
Departure towards the south for the return. Journey of about 400 km to the Baatarvan tourist camp, in
Bulgan province. Day dedicated to relaxation: hot showers, indoor swimming pool and comfortable environments.
Dinner and overnight at Baatarvan camp.

Day 9 – Baatarvan → Ulaanbaatar
Journey of about 500 km to Ulaanbaatar. Arrival in the afternoon and hotel accommodation. Afternoon
dedicated to shopping in Mongolian cashmere and souvenir shops: Mongolia is famous in the world for
its high quality cashmere. In the evening, possibility to attend a folklore show with songs,
traditional dances and instruments. Dinner and overnight stay in the hotel.

Day 10 – Departure from Ulaanbaatar
Transfer to Genghis Khan International Airport according to your flight time. End of services e
